احتفاءً باليوبيل الذهبي لدولة الإمارات
احتفاءً باليوبيل الذهبي لدولة الإمارات، أعلنت "مجموعة بريد الإمارات" عن مبادرة "البطاقات البريدية للفضاء"، وذلك في إطار الشراكة الاستراتيجية مع "نادي المستقبل" – مؤسسة خاصة تابعة لشركة "بلو أوريجين" و"وكالة الإمارات للفضاء" و"مركز محمد بن راشد للفضاء" و"أزور أكس" (AzurX). وتكتسب المبادرة أهمية بالغة كونها موجّهة لدعم التوجه الوطني لإلهام الشباب والأجيال القادمة بقطاع الفضاء، الذي  يعد ركيزة أساسية لبناء اقتصاد معرفي داعم للتنمية المستدامة.

وتستهدف المبادرة أكثر من 10,000 طالباً وطالبة من المدارس في كافة أنحاء الدولة ، وبالتحديد طلاب المرحلة الابتدائية، لإتاحة الفرصة لهم بالتعبير عن رؤيتهم لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في الخمسين سنة القادمة عبر البطاقات البريدية التي تم تخصيصها لهذه المبادرة. وعند استلام البطاقات من الطلاب سيتم نقلها للفضاء وختمها لتعاد إلى الطلاب كتذكار بمناسبة الاحتفاء بالذكرى الخمسين لتأسيس دولة الإمارات التي نجحت في الدخول بقوة إلى سباق الفضاء العالمي. وبدأت الزيارات الميدانية إلى مختلف المدارس في الدولة منذ 28 نوفمبر الجاري. كما ستقوم "مجموعة بريد الإمارات" بدعوة الطلبة إلى زيارة مراكز سعادة المتعاملين الرئيسية التابعة لـ "بريد الإمارات"، لتعريفهم بأهمية القطاع البريدي واللوجستي  في الدولة، بالإضافة إلى تنظيم ورشات "البطاقات البريدية للفضاء"

وقال عبدالله محمد الأشرم، الرئيس التنفيذي لـ "مجموعة بريد الإمارات": يشرّفنا الإعلان عن مبادرة "البطاقات البريدية للفضاء" احتفاءً باليوبيل الذهبي لتأسيس دولتنا الحبيبة التي قدمت نموذجاً تنموياً يُحتذى به عالمياً. وتأتي مبادرتنا الجديدة تماشياً مع مساعينا الحثيثة لتشجيع وتحفيز مشاركة الأجيال القادمة للمساهمة في رسم ملامح إمارات المستقبل خلال الأعوام الخمسين المقبلة، من خلال دخول الدولة في العديد من المجالات الجديدة، وفي مقدمتها الفضاء والعلوم والتكنولوجيا والهندسة، والتي تمهّد الطريق أمام ضمان استمرارية التنمية والاستدامة. كما نهدف من خلال المبادرة بتعريف الشباب والأجيال القادمة بمستقبل قطاع البريد في الدولة. ويسعدنا التعاون مع "نادي المستقبل" و"وكالة الإمارات للفضاء" و"مركز محمد بن راشد للفضاء" و"أزور أكس" لإطلاق هذه المبادرة الرائدة، في دفعة قوية باتجاه بناء شراكات متينة تدعم أهداف "مئوية الإمارات 2071" في الوصول إلى موقع الصدارة بين الأمم الأكثر تقدّماً في العالم."

وقال مايكل ادموندز، رئيس "نادي المستقبل": "نتشرّف في "نادي المستقبل" بالاحتفال بمرور 50 عاماً من الانجازات التي حققتها دولة الإمارات. ونفخر بعلاقتنا مع "مجموعة بريد الإمارات" وكافة الشركاء الاستراتيجيين لإطلاق مبادرة "البطاقات البريدية للفضاء"، إيماناً منا بأهمية التعاون مع المنظمات في مختلف أنحاء العالم لزيادة الاهتمام بالعلوم والتكنولوجيا والهندسة والرياضيات، والمساهمة في دعم مسيرة صنع المستقبل."

وأضاف فهد المهيري، الشريك الاستراتيجي في "أزور أكس" قالا: "يسعدنا بصفتنا ممثلي شركة "بلو أوريجين" في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والمنطقة أن نجمع المؤسسات الحكومية في دولة الإمارات والكيانات الدولية والجهات الخاصة من أجل إطلاق مبادرة "البطاقات البريدية للفضاء" بمناسبة اليوبيل الذهبي لدولة الإمارات، من أجل إلهام الشباب للتفكير بشكل أكثر ابتكاراً وتأثيراً في إطار استعدادهم للخمسين عاماً المقبلة لوطنهم بحلول استباقية ورؤية تعانق حدود الفضاء".

ويجدر الذكر بأنّه سيتم نقل البطاقات البريدية عن طريق "بريد الامارات" المزود الرسمي للخدمات البريدية والرائد لخدمات البريد السريع، إلى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، حيث سيتم وضع البطاقات على متن صواريخ تابعة لشركة " بلو أوريجين" وارسالها إلى الفضاء، ومن ثمّ إضافة ختم "ذهب إلى الفضاء" إلى كل واحدة منها وإعادتها إلى الطلبة كتذكار خاص بمناسبة اليوبيل الذهبي لدولة الإمارات.

In line with its celebrations of the UAE’s Golden Jubilee, Emirates Post Group (EPG) recently launched the "Postcards to Space" initiative in partnership with 'Club for the Future', a private foundation established by Blue Origin, 'UAE Space Agency', 'Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center' (MBRSC), and 'AzurX'. The initiative was unveiled to increase the interest of the youth and the future generation in space exploration, which has been identified as one of the vital pillars to building a sustainable and knowledge-driven economy.

The "Postcards to Space" initiative reaches more than 10,000 students from schools across the Emirates, especially from the primary / elementary education level, encouraging them to express their vision for the United Arab Emirates in the next fifty years through dedicated postcards designed for this initiative. These postcards will be transported to space, stamped, then returned to their owners as a souvenir from the celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of the founding of the Emirates, which succeeded in entering the global space race. Various school visits across the country began on November 28 and in the new school term, EPG will also invite students to visit key Emirates Post Customer Happiness Centres in order to inform them about the importance of the postal and logistics sector in the country, in addition to organizing workshops on the "Postcards to Space" initiative.

Abdulla Mohammed Alashram, GCEO, Emirates Post Group, said: "We consider the "Postcards to Space" initiative as a milestone and an important part of our commemoration of the country’s Golden Jubilee. This new initiative reflects our relentless efforts to encourage and motivate our young generation to be proactive in shaping the future of the Emirates for the next 50 years especially in the areas of space exploration, science and technology, and engineering, which are pivotal disciplines to the UAE’s continuous development and sustainability. Through "Postcards to Space" we aim to also educate our youth about the pivotal role of the postal sector in the country’s economic growth.”

It is worth mentioning that the postcards will be transported by Emirates Post, the UAE’s official postal operator and leading express provider, to the United States of America, where the cards will be placed onboard Blue Origin rockets and sent into space, then stamped “Flown to Space" on each postcard before being returned to the students as a special souvenir on the occasion of the UAE’s Golden Jubilee.

استقبل عبدالله محمد الأشرم، الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة بريد الإمارات وفداً من أعضاء البرنامج التنفيذي لدى "جامعة محمد بن زايد للذكاء الاصطناعي"، ترأسه البروفيسور إيرك زينغ، رئيس الجامعة، خلال زيارته للمقر الرئيسي للمجموعة يوم الثلاثاء 7 ديسمبر 2021. وأثناء الزيارة، اطلع الوفد على أحدث الابتكارات الرقمية التي تعزز من كفاءة القطاع البريدي واللوجستي.   

وعرض الأشرم لأعضاء الوفد رؤية المجموعة التي تهدف إلى تطوير حلولها ومنتجاتها، وتعزيز كفاءة العمليات البريدية واللوجستية عبر توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي والبلوك تشين وابتكارات التكنولوجيا المتقدمة، لا سيما على صعيد "بريد الإمارات"، الذراع البريدية للمجموعة.

بدوره، استعرض عبد الله حسن الحمادي، المدير التنفيذي لمركز الوثائق الإلكتروني، الحلول المتكاملة للمركز في مجالات معالجة البيانات؛ والطباعة الرقمية؛ وحلول البطاقات الذكية؛ وتخصيص البطاقات؛ وعمليات التوزيع. واستعرض نماذج للحلول الأخرى التي يوفرها المركز، مثل منصات المحادثة القائمة على تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي؛ والمَحَافظ الرقمية للهواتف الذكية؛ والحلول التجارية المتكاملة.

وأجرى الأعضاء جولةً في مركز الفرز الرئيسي التابع لبريد الإمارات، تعرفوا خلالها على كيفية استخدام التقنيات الحديثة في عمليات التصنيف والتوزيع.

Emirates Post Group’s (EPG) GCEO Abdulla Mohamed Alashram welcomed the first cohort of the Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence’s (MBZUAI) Executive Programme led by Professor Eric Xing, President of MBZUAI, during a visit at EPG’s headquarters on Tuesday December 7, 2021. The visit provided an opportunity for EPG to showcase the developments and latest digital technology applications in the postal and logistics industry.

During the sessions, Alashram shared how EPG aims to leverage artificial intelligence, blockchain, and other leading technologies to enhance efficiency and advance its business offerings and operations, especially within Emirates Post, its postal and express business arm.

In addition, Abdullah Hassan AlHammadi, CEO of Electronic Documents Centre (EDC), EPG’s digital transformation solutions business arm, showcased EDC’s end-to-end solutions in data processing, digital printing, smart card solutions, card personalization, fulfillment, and distribution. The company presented examples of its AI-based conversational platforms, mobile based digital wallets, as well as turnkey solutions.

The cohort also had the opportunity to tour Emirates Post’s main sorting center and discover how modern technologies are being applied in the overall postal and express fulfilment process.

احتفالاً باليوم الوطني الخمسين لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وتخليداً لإنجازاتها غير المسبوقة على مدى العقود الخمسة الماضية، أصدرت مجموعة بريد الإمارات طوابع وبطاقات تذكارية تتضمن 9 إصدارات مختلفة، تشمل 7 بطاقات تذكارية تضم صور حكام الإمارات السبعة، وبطاقة تذكارية تجمع حكام الإمارات وأولياء عهودهم، إضافة إلى طوابع تحمل شعار عام الخمسين، وحكام دولة الإمارات وأولياء عهودهم.  

وتهدف مجموعة بريد الإمارات من خلال هذه المجموعة البريدية التذكارية المميزة، إلى تخليد ذكرى اليوبيل الذهبي لتأسيس الدولة من خلال ترسيخ الإرث الحضاري والتاريخي وتأريخ هذه الحقبة المهمة من تاريخ الإمارات العربية المتحدة بقيادة حكامها وتوجيهاتهم السديدة في دفع مسيرة النمو والتقدم وتعزيز أواصر التلاحم والأخوة بين قيادة الوطن وشعبه.

As part of its celebration of the UAE’s 50th National Day and commemoration of the nation’s achievements over the past five decades, Emirates Post Group has released nine commemorative stamp issuances comprised of eight souvenir sheets, and one stamp sheet.

Seven souvenir sheets follow the same theme of artistically depicting the rulers of the UAE’s seven emirates. The eighth souvenir sheet combines all the rulers of the Emirates and their crown princes. As for the stamp sheet, it carries two stamp designs one of the 'Year of the 50th' logo while the other is the image of all UAE rulers and their crown princes.

Through this special issuance, Emirates Post Group aims to highlight the UAE’s Golden Jubilee through its historical and cultural heritage. It also seeks to record this important era in the country’s history and to honor its wise leaders for their guidance towards growth and progress. In addition, the collection is seen to contribute to strengthening unity and solidarity between the country’s leadership and its people.

Issued on December 2, 2021, the stamps will be available at Emirates Post’s Customer Happiness Centres and online at www.emiratespostshop.ae.

احتفالاً باليوم الوطني الخمسين لدولة الإمارات، أصدرت "مجموعة بريد الإمارات" طوابع مبتكرة استناداً إلى "الرموز غير القابلة للاستبدال" (NFT)، في إنجازٍ نوعي يجعل منها الأولى إقليمياً على صعيد تبنّي التقنية المتقدمة في إصدار الطوابع البريدية.

وتستعد المجموعة للكشف عن الجيل الجديد من الطوابع البريدية في 2 ديسمبر المقبل، لإطلاق أربعة طوابع متميزة تستند إلى تقنية "الرموز غير القابلة للاستبدال"(NFT) ، وذلك احتفاءً باليوبيل الذهبي لتأسيس الاتحاد وتماشيا مع أجندة التحول الرقمي. وستحتوي الطوابع المبتكرة على توأم رقمي ضمن منظومة "بلوك تشين"، حيث سيتم بيعها باعتبارها مقتنيات رقمية مرتبطة بنظيراتها من الطوابع التقليدية.

وقال عبدالله محمد الأشرم، الرئيس التنفيذي لـ "مجموعة بريد الإمارات": "نحن فخورون بالإعلان عن إطلاق  مجموعة من الطوابع البريدية قائمة على "الرموز غير القابلة للاستبدال"(NFT) ، والذي يعد الأول من نوعه في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، تماشياً مع خططنا الرامية إلى التحول إلى شركة مرتكزة على التكنولوجيا الرقمية المتقدمة. وتتميز الطوابع الجديدة القابلة للتداول باستخدام تقنية "بلوك تشين"، دفعة قوية لمساعينا المتواصلة لسد الفجوة بين الطوابع التقليدية وعالم العملات الرقمية المشفرة، لا سيّما في ظل تسارع وتيرة التحول الذكي محلياً وعالمياً."

وتمتلك الطوابع القائمة على "الرموز غير القابلة للاستبدال"، نظائر رقمية مخزنة في نظام "بلوك تشين"، حيث يمكن جمعها أو تداولها أو استخدامها للتبادل عبر شبكة الإنترنت مثل أي رموز رقمية أخرى. ويحمل كل من الطوابع الأربعة الجديدة تصميماً متميزاً ومستلهماً من شعار اليوم الوطني لدولة الإمارات. ويعتبر الطابع الأول إصداراً خاصاً ومتفرداً، حيث يحتوي على 1 جرام من الذهب الخالص ويحمل عنوان "اليوبيل الذهبي 2021".

وبالمقابل، يحمل الطابع الثاني مسمى "روح الاتحاد 1971"، ويرمز إلى تأسيس الاتحاد من قبل الآباء المؤسسين "رحمهم الله". أما الطابع الثالث فيتمحور حول "عام الخمسين"، بينما يجسد الاصدار الرابع "مشاريع الخمسين 2071" التي تترجم الرؤية المستقبلية الطموحة لدولة الإمارات.

وسيتمكن  حاملي الطوابع  من رؤية التصميم الرقمي المرتبط بالطابع الفعلي بعد مسح رمز الاستجابة السريعة المطبوع على الجانب الأمامي للبطاقة. كما يحتوي الطابع على شريحة "إن.إف.سي" (NFC) مشفرة ومقفلة لغرض التحقق باستخدام أي هاتف ذكي مزود بقارئ "إن.إف.سي".

ويتضمّن كل طابع رمزاً فريداً مخفياً خلف البطاقة، يمكن فتحه عن طريق مسح رمز الاستجابة السريعة لتنشيط النظير المقابل في نظام "بلوك تشين". ويمكن للمستخدمين الذين لديهم محفظة تشفير رقمية توصيلها مباشرةً بـ "الرموز غير القابلة للاستبدال" وإضافة التوأم الرقمي على شكل مجموعة قابلة للجمع والاقتناء.

ويمكن شراء الطوابع القائمة على تقنية "الرموز غير القابلة للاستبدال" من خلال الموقع الإلكتروني (www.epgnft.ae) ابتداءً من ديسمبر 2، 2021.

In commemoration of the UAE National Day 2021, Emirates Post Group (EPG) has raised the bar on postage stamp issuance by becoming the first in the region to issue non-fungible token (NFT) stamps.

EPG is set to unveil this groundbreaking generation of stamps on December 2 with four distinct NFT stamps to coincide with the celebration of the nation’s Golden Jubilee. These innovative NFT stamps will have a digital twin in the blockchain and will be sold as digital collectibles linked to its physical stamp counterpart.

Abdulla Mohammed Alashram, Group CEO of Emirates Post Group said: “In line with EPG’s goal of transforming into a more digital-centered company, we are proud to announce the launch of the first NFT stamp in the region, which utilizes blockchain technology. By introducing tradable NFT stamps, we are bridging the gap between traditional stamps and the world of digital cryptocurrency.”

“We have been working to establish a strong technology infrastructure in our business, and this new generation of stamps is a testament of our capabilities and efforts to transform into a more digitally-centered company to better serve our customers. We will launch the stamps on December 2, 2021, in honor of the country’s 50th National Day. NFT enthusiasts will be able to collect, exchange and trade our stamps, which also promote the story and milestones of the UAE,” Alashram added.

NFT stamps, or commonly known as crypto stamps, have digital counterparts stored in the blockchain, and can be collected, traded, or used for online exchange like other digital tokens. Each of the four NFT stamps carries a distinct design centered on the UAE national theme. The first one is a premium edition which contains a gram of fine gold titled the Golden Jubilee 2021.

Meanwhile, the second stamp is called the "Spirit of the Union - 1971", symbolizing the establishment of the nation by the founding fathers. The third stamp is "Year of the 50th – 2021" while the fourth design is "Projects of the 50th 2071" representing the UAE’s futuristic vision.

Buyers will only get to see the digital design linked to the physical stamp after scanning the QR code printed on the front side of the card. The stamp contains a locked cryptographic NFC-chip for verification using any smartphone with NFC reader.

Each stamp includes a unique code hidden behind the card which can be unlocked by scanning the QR code to activate the counterpart on the block chain. Users who already have a digital crypto wallet can connect it with the NFT or add the digital twin as a collectible.  

The NFT stamps will be available for purchase at www.epgnft.ae starting from December 2, 2021.

أعلنت "مجموعة بريد الإمارات"، المشغل الرسمي للخدمات البريدية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، إبرامها مذكرة تفاهم مع "برايت دروب ذ. م. م."، وهي شركة ناشئة تابعة لمجموعة جنرال موتورز، تعمل على إعادة صياغة قطاع التوصيل التجاري والخدمات اللوجستية بهدف التحول نحو الاعتماد بشكل رئيسي على المركبات الكهربائية مستقبلاً. وتهدف هذه الشراكة إلى دعم العمليات المتنامية لمجموعة بريد الإمارات، في إطار جهودها لتصبح مزود رائد لخدمات الشحن السريع، إلى جانب تعزيز كفاءة وأتمتة واستدامة حلول الميل الأخير.

وقام بتوقيع الاتفاقية كل من بدر سليم سلطان العلماء، رئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة بريد الإمارات؛ ولؤي الشرفاء، الرئيس والمدير التنفيذي، جنرال موتورز أفريقيا والشرق الأوسط . وجاء ذلك على هامش أعمال اليوم الثالث للقمة العالميّة للصناعة والتصنيع في دورته الرابعة، والذي أقيم خلال الفترة من 22 إلى 27 نوفمبر 2021 في اكسبو دبي 2020.

ويأتي هذا التعاون تماشياً مع الرؤية المشتركة للطرفين في استكشاف الفرص المتاحة للخدمات اللوجستية المستدامة في دولة الإمارات، لا سيما في قطاع خدمات التوصيل. كما اتفق الطرفان على التعاون في اختبار جدوى المشاريع المستقبلية، بالإضافة إلى تطبيق منظومة خدمات التوصيل من خلال المركبات الكهربائية، وغير ذلك من المفاهيم والتقنيات الجديدة والمبتكرة.

وستعمل مجموعة بريد الإمارات على الاستفادة من خبرات وامكانيات  "برايت دروب" فيما يتعلق ببرمجيات وخدمات ومنتجات التوصيل المتكاملة، بهدف الارتقاء بأعلى المعايير واستدامة توصيل البضائع. وقد صممت حلول "برايت دروب" للحد من انبعاثات الكربون وتقليل الازدحام، ومساعدة شركات مثل "بريد الإمارات" في خفض التكاليف، وزيادة الإنتاجية، وتعزيز سلامة السائقين، ودفع عجلة الاستدامة.

وقال بدر سليم سلطان العلماء، رئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة بريد الإمارات:" تواصل مجموعة بريد الإمارات تحقيق في محفظة أعمالها من خلال تبني الحلول الذكيّة، وتسعى المجموعة لتعزيز تنافسيتها ودعم ابتكارات النقل المستدام. ويسرنا التعامل مع شركة "برايت دروب" لتوفير خدمات أكثر تطورا وفعالية لتلبية احتياجات المتعاملين. ويأتي هذا التعاون ترجمةً لالتزام المجموعة بتحسين حلول الميل الأخير والتوصيل السريع، وحرصها على تطوير عملياتها تتسم بالكفاءة والمرونة. وتعدّ الاستدامة جزءًا رئيسياً من خطتنا التحوليَّة، ونسعى لتطوير وتوسيع نطاق شبكة التوصيل واللوجستيات التابعة لنا عبر توظيف التقنيات الرقمية والتكنولوجيا المتقدمة."

بدوره، قال ترافيس كاتز، الرئيس التنفيذي ورئيس شركة برايت دروب:" يسبب تنامي التجارة الالكترونيّة تحدّيات جديدة عالمياً. ويمكن أن يساهم تحويل أساطيل التوصيل لمجموعة بريد الإمارات إلى المركبات الكهربائية في تخفيف الآثار السلبية للانبعاثات الناجمة عن المركبات التقليدية. كما يمكن أيضاً الحد من تكاليف التوصيل وتحسين السلامة المرورية في الدولة من خلال الاستعانة بمنتجات برايت دروب المتكاملة. وتركز منظومتنا على الحلول الرائدة ضمن قطاع التوصيل والخدمات اللوجستية، والتكنولوجيا المتقدّمة المصممة لتحقيق الازدهار والاستدامة للمجتمعات كافة، كما نؤمن بأن هذه الشراكات ستساعد في تسريع وتيرة نشر التكنولوجيا المستدامة عالمياً ".

Emirates Post Group (EPG) has announced its latest collaboration following a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which it signed with BrightDrop Solutions LLC (BrightDrop), a new business from General Motors, reimagining the commercial delivery and logistics industry for an all-electric future. The agreement seeks to support EPG’s growing operations at Emirates Post, the UAE’s official postal operator and leading express services provider for more efficient, smarter, and sustainable last mile solutions.

The agreement was signed by Badr Al Olama, Chairman of Emirates Post Group, and Luay Al Shurafa, President and Managing Director of General Motors Africa and Middle East, during the third day of the 4th Global Manufacturing and Industrialisation Summit which took place between November 22-27, 2021, at the Dubai Exhibition Centre.

The signing of the agreement is in line with the shared vision of both parties to explore opportunities around sustainable logistics services in the UAE, particularly in delivery vehicles. In addition, the parties agreed to cooperate in testing future proof of concepts in line with their respective goals and strategies, including the deployment of an electrified delivery ecosystem and other new, innovative technologies.

Emirates Post Group will explore how to leverage BrightDrop’s ecosystem of connected delivery products, software and services to create a more sustainable and more efficient transport of goods. BrightDrop’s solutions are designed to reduce carbon emissions and congestion, while helping companies like EPG decrease costs, increase productivity, prioritize driver safety, and support sustainability goals.

كشف "بريد الإمارات"، المشغّل البريدي الرسمي في دولة الإمارات والمزوّد الرائد لخدمات التوصيل السريع، عن إبرام شراكة استراتيجية مع مجموعة اينوك لتعزيز تجربة المتعاملين فيما يتعلق بخدمة توصيل الميل الأخير، تماشياً مع جهوده السبّاقة لدعم مسيرة النمو ضمن قطاع الخدمات اللوجستية وخدمات التجارة الإلكترونية في الإمارات. وبموجب بنود الشراكة الجديدة، باتت "زووم" (ZOOM)، سلسلة متاجر التجزئة الرائدة والمملوكة لمجموعة اينوك، موقعاً مناسباً لإتمام عمليات الاستلام والتسليم للمتعاملين الذين يقومون باستلام أو إرسال شحنات البريد السريع عبر "بريد الإمارات".

ويمكن لشركاء الأعمال ومتعاملي "بريد الإمارات" الاستفادة من الشراكة الاستراتيجية الجديدة، والتي تمهد الطريق أمام توفير خيارات مرنة لاستلام وإرسال الطرود البريدية عن طريق متجر "زووم" الأقرب إليهم. ويمثل خيار موقع التسليم الإضافي وسيلة سلسة وآمنة للشركات التي تستخدم خدمات "بريد الإمارات" للوفاء بالتزاماتها على صعيد توصيل الميل الأخير.

يذكر أن سلسلة متاجر "زووم" أصبحت جزءاً من الحياة اليومية لسكان دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، إذ تضع في متناولهم مجموعة من المنتجات أثناء تنقلهم على الطرقات. ويمكن للمتعاملين الآن اختيار أيّ من مواقع "زووم" لتكون بمثابة نقطة الاستلام المفضلة لديهم لإدارة شحناتهم عبر الموقع الإلكتروني لـ "بريد الإمارات" أو تطبيق الهاتف المحمول أو مركز الاتصال، أو عبر "خدمة الرسائل القصيرة" (SMS)  أو "واتس اب" (WhatsApp)، أو عند التسوق عبر شبكة الإنترنت مع منصات التجارة الإلكترونية التي ترتبط بشراكة مع "بريد الإمارات" لتوفير خدمات تسليم الميل الأخير.

Emirates Post, UAE’s official postal operator and leading express provider, announced that it has partnered with ENOC Group to enhance customer experience in its last-mile delivery services in line with its leading drive to support the growth in logistics and e-commerce in the UAE. ZOOM, a leading home-grown convenience store chain owned by ENOC Group, has become a convenient pick-up and drop-off location for customers sending or receiving courier shipments via Emirates Post.

Both Emirates Post customers and business partners can benefit from this new partnership.
