About Us
Established under Federal Decree-Law No. (21) of 2019, the Postal Sector Regulatory Committee (PSRC) was formed in 2023 to oversee and regulate the Courier, Express, and Parcels (CEP) and postal sector, ensuring effective governance and compliance. Operating under the PSRC’s umbrella, the Emirates Post Group Regulatory and Licensing Sector (EPGL) fulfils PSRC’s mandate with a focus on improving customer experience, enabling market growth, and driving innovation within the CEP sector. Additionally, EPGL plays a significant role in solidifying the UAE’s position as a leading global logistics hub, shaping the future of the sector and promoting its sustainable development.
